1Esensoy Taner Esensoy, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Esensoy is a board certified pediatrician and has been an active member of Fayetteville Healthcare Community since 1996.Before starting his private practice in March 2005, Dr. Esensoy worked at Fayetteville Children’s Clinic for six years. Dr. Esensoy completed his pediatric medicine training at The State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn, New York. Prior to obtaining his specialty degree, he worked as a research coordinator at New York Medical College for two years in Neuroscience.Dr. Esensoy is a Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics and member of American Medical Association, North Carolina Medical Society and Cumberland County Medical Society. Along with his board certification in General Pediatrics, he is also a diplomat of American Association of Hospital Physicians as well as American Association of Ethical Physicians. Dr. Esensoy was accepted to the National Registry of Who’s Who which is a highly recognized biographical publication for professionals, as a life member for the recognition of exemplary service both to community and to a profession.  He was also named in “America’s Top Pediatricians ” in the year 2001-2002 and 2004-2005 edition by the Consumers Research Council of America.Dr. Esensoy enjoys all aspects of Pediatric Care with a special interest in Pediatric Infectious Diseases. When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Esensoy loves spending time with his wife and two children.

Chitra Chandrasekaran M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Chitra completed her medical school at Stanley Medical College in India and completed her pediatric residency at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York where she served as Chief Resident on her third year of training.Some of her special interests while working at the medical center were the Pediatric Obesity Program “Live Light Live Right” and the Big Brother, Big Sister Program “Mentoring through Medicine Program”.  She also has a particular interest in working with new moms and their babies. Dr. Chitra is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Aarthi Agaram, M.D., F.A.A.P. 

Dr. Agaram is a board certified pediatrician, who has completed her pediatric training at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, Brooklyn, NY.  She obtained her medical degree from India. Dr. Agaram is an experienced Pediatrician having practiced in New Jersey for 4 years before moving to North Carolina. Dr. Agaram is a Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of North Carolina Medical Society.

Eduardo Garrido Goico, M.D.

Dr. Eduardo Garrido is originally from the Dominican Republic where he completed medical School at Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). He completed his residency in Pediatrics at Lincoln Medical and  Mental Health Center affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. Dr. Garrido is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the North Carolina Medical Society and speaks fluent Spanish. In his free time he enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time with his family.

Ashley Call, M.D.

Ashley Call, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Call is a board certified pediatrician. She graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine where she was a member of the AOA Honor Medical Society. She completed her residency in pediatrics with the University of Utah at Primary Children’s Medical Center. She practiced for three years in Texas before moving to North Carolina. She speaks Spanish and has an interest in international medical work. Dr. Call is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is a member of the North Carolina Medical Society. In her free time she enjoys being with her family.

Dr. Nissao was born in West Africa but grew up mostly in Cary, North Carolina. She graduated from Guilford College with a Bachelors degree in Biology and Health Sciences. She received her medical doctorate from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. She completed her pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Georgia with Georgia Regents University (formerly Medical College of Georgia). She is bilingual with fluency in English and French. Her interests include newborn care, medical spanish and international health. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and being involved in her church.

Dejie John, M.D., F.A.A.P

Dr. John is a board certified pediatrician and has been a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics since 2000. She has been involved in pediatric care in the Fayetteville area since 2013 and joined Rainbow Pediatrics in 2015. Before moving to Fayetteville, Dr. John practiced in a group Pediatric practice in Corbin, Kentucky for ten years. She is well versed in all aspects of general pediatric care, with a special interest in breastfeeding, learning issues, and ADHD. Dr. John was born in Kerala, India and graduated from Thrissur Medical College, India. She did her pediatric training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and trained 2 years in developmental pediatrics at Cincinnati’s Children’s Hospital. She enjoys church activities, yoga, martial arts, and spending time with her children.

Cinthia Fletcher Follrod, CPNP 

Cinthia Follrod is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and has been providing Pediatric care since 1990. Mrs. Follrod obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from East Carolina University.  She then went on to complete her graduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the Pediatric Nurse practitioner Program.Prior to joining Rainbow Pediatrics, Mrs. Follrod was a nurse practitioner at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center for their Inpatient Pediatric Service, and she also practiced as a Nurse Practitioner at Hope Mills Pediatrics.Mrs. Follrod is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nurses, the American Nurses Association, and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.  Mrs. Follrod enjoys all aspects of Pediatric care.  She lives in Hope Mills, North Carolina with her husband and two sons.

 

Priscilla Hudak, PA-C 

Priscilla Hudak, PA-C graduated from Touro College School of Health Sciences in Bay Shore, NY with her degree in Physician Assistant Studies in the year 2000. Upon graduation, she relocated to the beautiful state of NC to begin her career. It was not until 2004, when she entered the pediatric specialty, that she found her niche and has been in that field ever since. Before joining Rainbow Pediatrics, Ms. Hudak worked at Cross Creek Pediatrics and Legacy Pediatrics. Ms. Hudak has experience with all pediatric age groups, from newborns through adolescence. Along with her years of experience within pediatrics, she brings a true love and compassion for the children whom she treats and has established genuine friendships during her journey. In her spare time, she enjoys activities with her teenage son, including various volunteer work, outings to the beach, going to the gym, and relaxing at home.

Leah Black, PA-C

Leah Black is a certified Physician Assistant and has been practicing in Pediatrics for the past 18 years. Before joining Rainbow Pediatrics, Mrs. Black practiced in Dunn, Fayetteville, and Lumberton, NC. Mrs. Black completed her undergraduate training in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then went on to complete her graduate degree in the Physician Assistant program at Duke University. Mrs. Black is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Medical Society. She is a native of Fayetteville and currently resides in Eastover with her husband and two daughters.

 

Michelle Burnette, PA-C 

Michelle Burnette is a board certified Physician Assistant. Michelle graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with minors in Biology and Chemistry from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. She then went on to receive her Master′s degree from the Wingate University Physician Assistant Program in 2014. Since graduating, Michelle has worked in both emergency medicine and pediatrics. Michelle is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. She is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. Michelle loves every aspect of pediatrics with a special interest in pediatric obesity and asthma. Michelle is originally from Greensboro, NC, but now resides in Hope Mills with her husband, Allen and their dog, Rocky. In her free time, she enjoys attending church, hiking, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.

Kelli Canady, IBCLC, RN

Kelli Canady is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Nurse.  Kelli is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received her Masters degree in Health Education from East Carolina University.  Kelli has also completed the Mary Rose Training Initiative program at the Carolina Global Breastfeeding Institute at UNC-CH.Kelli enjoys working with new mothers and their babies to ensure that their breastfeeding goals are met.  Kelli lives in Fayetteville with her husband and three children.
