  • Our office hours are by appointment only in our Robeson Street, McPherson Church Street, Hope Mills and Raeford offices and on Saturdays in our main location on Robeson Street.
  • We try to separate the appointment times of sick visits from well baby exams as much as possible.
  • The office is CLOSED on the following holidays:
Memorial Day, July 4, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Labor Day.
  • If your child is ill and you need to make an appointment to be seen or if you are not sure if your child needs to be seen, please call our office as early in the day as possible. This will help us work in all emergencies in a timely fashion.

After Hours/ Weekends
We encourage parents to make phone calls to our office during office hours when our staff is available to best serve you. If an urgent matter presents itself after our office closes, we provide medical advice through an answering service staffed by skilled registered nurses. These nurses have access to one of our on-call physicians and can be reached at our office number.

Late Arrivals and No Shows

  • When a patient arrives late for their scheduled appointment it causes difficulties for our staff and for other patients. This results in delaying care for those patients who were on time. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to see your child. If you are running late please call us. This will give us the opportunity to look at our schedule and determine if we will still be able to see your child, or if it will be necessary for you to reschedule the appointment.
  • We also have a “No Show” policy in place. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or to reschedule. If failed to give a 24-hour notice, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee. When a patient does not show up for their appointment, they have denied another patient the opportunity to be seen at that appointment time. Patients who repeatedly fail to show up for their scheduled appointment may be dismissed from our practice.
