Please take advantage of our new Patient Portal

Rainbow Pediatrics now has available to our patients (parents) a new patient portal, the latest technology to be able to manage your child’s personal health information online! We've selected a user-friendly program to make it easy to view your child’s records when you desire.

We have partnered with FollowMyHealth™ to offer you secure, anytime access to your child’s health record through our Patient Portal. Once registered, you will be able to:

• View, print, fax, or download your child’s health record (ex: immunization record and vitals)
• View and update your contact information, emergency contacts, and current insurance policy information
• View current medications and request prescription refills
• Appointment reminders

Please complete a registration form to ensure we have your current email address. Once you have filled out the registration form at any of our 3 Rainbow Pediatrics locations, you will receive an email inviting you to register online with our FollowMyHealth™ portal. Follow the steps to register yourself as a Proxy for your child(ren).

Please note: As part of the online registration it will ask you for a security code supplied by your doctor’s office
