AshLeigh Kohley, DO, FAAP

Dr. AshLeigh Kohley is a board-certified pediatrician who earned her medical degree from Kansas City University in Joplin, Missouri. She completed her pediatric residency through Oklahoma State University's Tribal Track program, training in Tahlequah and Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Kohley believes preventive care is one of the most important ways to support a child's long-term health and well-being. She takes a collaborative, family-centered approach to medicine, emphasizing shared decision-making and developing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child and family.

Her passion for pediatrics grew from a desire to advocate for children while combining her interests in science and mathematics. She finds joy in spending her days with children and building meaningful relationships with families. For Dr. Kohley, one of the most rewarding aspects of being a pediatrician is earning the trust of patients and parents while helping children experience improvements in their health and quality of life.

Dr. Kohley has a particular interest in supporting families through the newborn stage, offering reassurance and practical guidance as parents navigate the joys and challenges of caring for a new baby. She also enjoys helping children and adolescents manage chronic conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, headaches, asthma, allergies, and eczema. She finds it especially fulfilling to work with families to identify effective treatment plans that help children feel their best.
