Meet Meredith Zaroff, CPNP-PC

Meredith Zaroff, CPNP-PC, is a certified primary care pediatric nurse practitioner with 15 years of experience caring for children and families. She provides comprehensive pediatric care from infancy through adolescence, including newborn care, well-child visits, developmental screenings, same-day sick visits, and support for behavioral and chronic health needs.

Meredith believes pediatric care should be family-centered and collaborative. She prioritizes building strong relationships with children and their caregivers, ensuring families feel comfortable asking questions and understand the reasoning behind each care plan. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based medicine and recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Meredith’s love of caring for children began when she started babysitting infants and young children at age 13. Her early interest in science and medicine, along with the influence of her uncle, an endocrinologist, inspired her to pursue a healthcare career. She has always related naturally to children and especially enjoys the imagination and “magical thinking” of preschool- and elementary-aged patients.

Her favorite part of pediatrics is connecting with children and watching them grow through each stage of development.
