Nicole Fairfax, FNP

Nicole Fairfax, FNP, has been dedicated to patient care since beginning her nursing career in 2004. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Cincinnati.

Nicole began her career in the ICU, where she built a strong clinical foundation. During her pediatric training, she discovered her passion for caring for children and families. She values building long-term relationships with her patients and supporting them through every stage of growth and development.

A lifelong resident of Lumberton, Nicole is deeply connected to the community she serves and is committed to providing both care and education to local families.

Outside of the clinic, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, staying active in her church community, and taking day trips to the North Carolina coast and North Carolina mountains.
